The annual production capability of Hongling is 500,000 tons of OCTG and 3 million pieces of couplings. Production size is from dia. 48.3mm to dia. 339.7mm. Our company can produce all kinds of API connections and various premium connections with the steel grades of J55, N80, L80, P110, Q125, G105, S135 and 13Cr. At present, Hongling has 11 threading lines of OCTG from dia. 48.3m to dia. 177.8mm, 3 threading lines of casings from dia. 177.8mm to dia. 339.7mm. Our company has 54 NC machines for coupling blanks and couplings. The production export ratio is more than 70%.
